Here's what A Darker Magic is about:
A bloody war has ended in a restored peace
And the shield of Martian magic guards the stars
Two centuries of spell and steel to ward all humanity
Two years ago, Lieutenant Commander Roslyn Chambers stood witness to the surrender of the last remnants of the Republic. Fueled by atrocity against Mage and mundane alike, the secessionists who waged war against the Protectorate of Mars are finally defeated.
Now, a special commission from the Mage-Queen of Mars takes Roslyn deep into the former Republic to hunt the architects of that atrocity. Mages who betrayed their own, the creators of Project Prometheus must be brought to justice.
But hidden from even the Republic, Prometheus has woven magic and technology together once more. Here, hidden from all prying eyes, they have created a monster…one that even a Protectorate forged by the spell must call black magic.

Hi Michael. Glynn has several more books planned in Starship's Mage. The exact number is subject to change, but there are certainly more in the queue! -Robin

Hi Robin, I'm wondering how many books does Glenn see happening with this series? It's definitely one of my favorites. I'm waiting to see what happens when the bad guy aliens show up.

Hi Jason, Roslyn is the main character of the Mage-Officer of Mars arc which will be a few books long. - Robin

I've always been excited for each release up to now - and personally I'd have to say this was the first book in the series i was disappointed in. I follow this series for Damien's character, and while i understand its limited due to where he is now in the regent role it was still disappointing to me with the lack of inclusion. So i'm hoping the next book gets back to the main character otherwise its going to be hard to follow for me.

Same as well. Though dare I ask, if the series will pivot entirely to Roselyn from now on?

Hi David. There is a Facebook reader's group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/glynnstewartreaders) where you can discuss Glynn's work, and Glynn himself occasionally pops in. We're a small team, so we only have the resources to moderate one community space. - Robin

Thank you for A Darker Magic, I enjoyed it greatly! I wish I could get more action from our favorite Prince Regent, but I like Roselyn, so...! Thank you and I await the next installment with impatience!

Ok, I understand. Regardless, I think you should create a community section on your patreon, so people can post stuff like this or fan-art, or other topics for community discussion there instead of putting it in the comments of some random post like I had to here.

Hi David, Rest assured, we have seen and heard the various comments expressing an interest in more books in the universe of Excalibur Lost. While we appreciate the enthusiasm, there are currently no plans (or time in Glynn’s schedule) for additional Excalibur Lost books. It may happen at some point, but nothing is currently scheduled. -Robin

There's no community section for me to post this in so I'll just put it here. I'd like to start a poll on how many readers and patrons are in favor of seeing Excalibur Lost become a full series of books. Leave your thoughts on the matter below.
