if this error happens after using the installer's item converter, then you most likely have a problem with your index files. if that is the case you will need to go into textools Help > Download index backups, then Help > Start over. you will have to reimport all your mods afterward

if you used the item converter in the installer, there shouldnt be any problems. something like this would typically only happen if the item was moved manually, and with incorrect settings in metadata
