At Furality Umbra 2024, I gave a presentation showcasing some things that can be done in VRChat using Final IK. The main demonstration was a robot that would shoot a grappling hook to pull your friends to you.
The prefab and grappling hook itself are all included in these files, but the Scuttle Gun itself is a separate, paid asset. You can find it at the link below.

Download and Install the Final IK Stub from VRLabs. (If you have already purchased Final IK, skip this step.)
Download and Install the Poiyomi shader. (Optional, but you will need to configure you own shaders later.)
Download and Install VRCFury
[OPTIONAL] Install the Scuttle Gun Assets
Install the Unitypackage from this page.
Add the Prefab to your avatar.
