I had the worst sleep for some reason!

It's too bad you don't have time in the day so you can sit down at night and work on reading a book or doing some calming activity so you can hit the hay by midnight. Not that I do that, but when I do books put me to sleep lickity split
Some of my best dreams are about TEXT! 😏
I turn my phone on vibrate only, I used to keep my phone on my bed when I sleep but I leave it on my cabinet now. Makes it easier for me

The patch goes well with your skin tone so not that noticeable

I set do not disturb until morning on my phone before I go to bed to avoid being woken up by random notifications

Had a rough night myself, so you have my sympathies. Good luck with the lesson!
