Couldn’t agree more, thought I’d give those dicksons a try because I don’t mind his skating and that under rubber was something new for Emerica but legit first time putting them on the whole front of the outsole fell off from the upper and that was the last time I gave Emerica a go

In regard to the LRAB comments, unfortunately, look at the Polar team as a whole. LRAB is also a reflection of Pontus and his decision making. Shoes looks incredible, skate kind of crappy, but yeah... love to see Last Resort (and Polar honestly too) embrace skateboarding and what it looks like in 2023.

Emerica was my go-to shoe for years, and I held on a lot longer than other skaters in my area, but it got way too hard to deny the decline in quality. I want to like them so badly but I just can't.

the emerica wino slip ons are sick they're full suede, in plain colours, with little branding, good insoles and the little heel tab thing puts in work for keeping them on your feet. the videos are trash the companies kinda washed but the wino slip is undeniably the best bang for buck slip on's in the game edit: plus you literally will never have to pay retail on them ever

I like what you are saying and think I get it. I despise designer brand clothing articles that blast their logo on the side of their “accessible” or basic consumer product. louis v “never full bag” is a prime example. But they use those bags to get exposure to a larger audience who can’t afford their couture (a completely different animal). It’s hard to find a brand/product with a balance of low profile, style and accessibility. I think Last Resort does a good job of making that balanced product. (Not saying Louis v and last resort are on the same level.)

i understand what ur saying with the logo not adding to the design, but please consider running shoes pretty much any shoes, or company would want people to know what shoe u are looking at. its not a skateboarding problem, its a business and branding problem. some of the most alluring high fashion brands do not use logos to define their silhouettes ,making them very subtle ,few and hidden, but u are also paying for that. rick owens , prada , margiela come to mind. but ya. i prefer that, and last resort may not get enough credit for that.

Skateboarding is very diverse, literally everyone and their mom skates. So if your team is just a bunch of white guys that skate similarly and your company is lacking representation then you won’t have as much outreach and will 100% stunt your company’s growth.

Also I shouldn’t speak for the other derelicts within your fan base, but we know you’re sponsored-not-sponsored by Sci Fi Fantasy, so if you’re skating a lot and taking advantage of your youth and these opportunities to skate with them, you should definitely pursue it and not be sorry about it. Paying for content we’re not getting is kind of a bummer but it’s not like months have gone by with nothing.

I love skating Lynx OGs but I hate wearing them They skate really well and I don’t go home with sore feet and ankles, I actually like the old school running shoe look, but I’m not really a puffy shoe guy. I don’t know how I’m going to live with this conundrum.
