Honestly, the skateboard industry is so small that you could make the argument to say fuck it and take on the hot takes persona fully. Its not an industry to make a living off of long term so it could be worth shitting on as hard as you can while you can and gracefully peacing out. Idk.. the skateboard industry is primitive and the dudes running it aren’t necessarily the smartest professionals out there… in fact the whole “skateboarders running shit” concept is beyond stupid. For what it’s worth, I’m a massive GH fan and my political leanings are basically the Q/Trump/Punisher/Unity skate hat you ironically rock. 😂 if anything I’m red pilled but only in the context of the more “conspiracy theory” perspective like anti N.W.O. and I’m into the Devolution theory of Patel Patriot. I’m not a run of the mill conservative, not a Christian, more like an old head punk skater with conspiracy theorist and new ager/UFO roots that led to being most sympathetic with red pill shit these days. I’d just want to say that I always really appreciate Joa’s takes on things, and very specifically Joa’s takes that are far more on the progressive and possibly blue pilled side of things. I have found about 99% of the time I really end up agreeing with your take on things. I think it’s because you apply logic to everything and you do not fall into the trap of feeling like you can’t criticize someone who does fit into certain “protected” identity categories. The fact that you don’t let that stop you, and that you truly do only take issue with the actions of the individual, not their identity is why you can resonate with people across a pretty wide political spectrum, I think.

I don't think Dan exploits andy anymore than any content creator exploits anything they talk about or showcase. Andy has gone on record to say Dan is his favorite skater.
