Callisto v0.60 Update - Week 5
🕑 Added 2021-02-12 09:34:13 +0000 UTCNearing the end of the action part of the main story renders as I put the finishing touches on the combat scenes. These scenes, due to the number of effects, take far longer than typical images to create. Gunfire, explosions, Lia going nuts, all takes time to tweak the little details, to make the image come alive. As a result, despite putting in plenty of time, progress against what was planned was less than hoped. As mentioned previously I hope to get around 20 images done each workday. However when many of these images took over an hour to create, this goal is a little hard to achieve.
Despite this, the main story line is now now 75% complete. Having the more challenging renders behind me, the remainder should be created pretty much on schedule.
I also spent a little time yesterday discussing some potential content for Kara in later releases. Whilst they do not affect her main story arc, they will give her a greater role in the events of the later portions of the game.
Before I go, here's what happens if you take the last cookie from the jar, without asking Lia first.
Just a little image generated yesterday.
