so with the microtonal lego guitar stuff: that’s sort of a variation on the fretting on the traditional Turkish folk instrument Baglama Saz, which is a freakin banger of an instrument. they also have those flutes called Zurnas that are along the same scaling! King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard made the microtonal fretting modification on electric guitars super popular. bad ass stuff
