Posted an idea back in the poll comments but just to post again, it combined all four ideas from the poll. A girl is eating a big feast but unknown to her a shrunken girl is hiding in the food. She gets stuffed into her belly along with the food but suddenly begins to grow back, proving too much for the girls already bloated belly to handle. ;)

On the top of my head there is a writer on Deviantart named sourwafflecakes she mainly writes bursting stories, I haven’t read her stuff in a while so I can’t think of any scenes that would be awesome to see illustrated, all I can remember is how detailed and erotic her stories were.
