I think this episode highlights one of Noora's biggest flaws which is that she's quite self-righteous. She says that she cares about the refugees, but doesn't actually do anything for them, in comparison to other characters who do something, even if it's for ulterior motives like eskild, william or vilde. Also did you guys notice Noora and William standing in front of the aquarium is a nod to Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet aquarium scene, to show that they are star crossed lovers
