The story so far...
🕑 Added 2021-04-06 22:45:49 +0000 UTC- Tifa got some layers of base paint, base because it's sort of like Cloud, a mix of colors and damages
- sephiroth sword had some smoothing done and some fitting done for the guard
- smoothed down kainé, this took the longest today so far
- as you can see on pictures, you can prime stick by rotating the metal bar so you can do it in one go equally
- when I glue part I left them immobilized for a whole night; I taped it to a table so it doesn't move (whatever works right)
- this and patterning sephiroth yesterday for jacket, LZ did that
- lots of not very visually appealing things that I can't think of
- fabric searching at night when my mind is running like a hamster on crack
- also dead bird; I removed the fake feathers and gave him more muscles. I will sculpt a new smaller and lighter head. But it will be much faster than last time because I know what to do.
- i modeled already Nier parts and his new leg armor, yes already! ( I left my old one in the trash in chicago Nier concert )
- currently also zbrushing the new lion head
- also did the clothes symbols of both Kainé and Nier in HD, anyone would need them?
- daggers of Rokurou had to be repainted
- and as you can see in the picture, black belts of Sephiroth are growing in numbers
Find people that do more than us, it doesn't exist for sure. We literally work normally and then work on cosplay right after, everyday until 2 am, 4 am. Start the day over at 10 am without a break.
Sometimes the progress is not worth showing you or we are simply so tired we forget to upload it 💦
Anyway there is more to do, it's early still!
The plan this month
- is to get NieR and Kainé done for release date of the game
- Tifa and Sephiroth too
- Maybe Griffon if ambitious
You think we can manage?
