Nekomancer progress - world map and summon feature prototype
🕑 Added 2022-03-03 00:52:17 +0000 UTCbeen crunching hard on the game in many aspects.
one being the summon feature, which is now completed, the two GIFs show the Fire Oni Femboi summon (with place holder art)
You start by selecting the summon from the menu, summon it, and it floats and follows you, it faces you and when you attack it attacks in the direction your facing, the summon only lasts as long as you have mana, (you can drink mana potions to keep it active,) or choose to dismiss it, each summon has a l3wd feature, just because >;3c also reposted the fire oni concept art to help visualize that~ over the placeholder art.
The World Map.
as you can see, this here is the over all world map, its helping me plan the layout of the land, and plan the path that the player will take to experience the game, its also a useful way to plan my asset list, as its pretty big, and realizing my scope of the game in my mind was far bigger then I had thought. this help me scale it back if you could say that. but none the less, this is not an exact guild line, but rather a rough sketch of how I should go about making this world, things will change, things will be cut, and the actual layout here wont 100% match what will be in game. ether way, it shows what to be expected.
I hope it illustrates what im planning and maintains you guys' support. I am one dev trying fill the web with femboi games~ your helping me with that dream uwu
