You heard him say they can only exchange eyes between clan members to overcome blindness so how could Kakashi have an Eternal Mangekyo?
Jody's Corner
Does he have a regular mangekyo sharingan?
Just for your Info Kakashi does not have the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan

Backstories/Flashbacks especially about villains most of the time hit. You found out a little about Madera, but there's levels to him as well. If he killed his own brother then you already know what time it is. Itachi's true intentions surfaced and that he's out to collect.
