This is correct and they also know that no one is stronger then Netero/chairman. They don't need to know exactly how much stronger. As long as it's more then the chairman.... Is all the info Netero needed..... keep watching..... So if he king is stronger then Netero just off auora plan in motion.

Cole's opinion saying Netero isn't as strong as the king doesn't mean they know how strong the king is. They just know he is "stronger"........they have NO IDEA how much stronger he is.

They do they they know exactly how strong the king is because if you remember they had Colt test his strength versus Netero and he said he was nowhere near the king they know how strong he is.
