Moving Forward With Magister Decree
🕑 Added 2025-04-11 15:46:20 +0000 UTCI want to discuss with all magisters regarding Magister Decree.
My goal for Magister Decree was for me and you to find fun/ interesting ideas to draw but lately I find it increasingly difficult to feel motivate to do these. Either that I can't think of a fun/interesting theme, or I found the submitted ideas uninteresting for me to work on but I have to go with it since it got the most votes.
To move forward with Magister Decree, something need to change. For creativity and productivity(having art block is not fun). I want to experiment for a few months, if it's not too much to ask.
1. Moving away from Monthly Theme
I wouldn't abandon Monthly Theme altogether but I want it to be more meaningful and FUN for me to work on. So Monthly Theme will be fewer from now on.
2. I offer a set of characters, you suggest ideas
Instead of a guessing game 'would Pokkuti like this character?' I will provide you with a set of character I WANT to draw and you provide an idea like pose, scenario, cosplay, etc.
3. Focus more on my OCs
You might be surprised to hear this but I want to draw my own OCs. Shocking, I know. Moving forward, this will be the main focus of Magister Decree. It wouldn't necessary have be an image sequences. They can be a scenario, cosplay, what if, that kind of stuff. You will provide an ideas for these.
These are the changes I want to experiment with Magister Decree. Let me know if you have any suggestion!

Not so much a suggestion but I'd like to let you know that I wholeheartedly agree with your decission to focus more on your own OC's. There are plenty of artists making art of pop culture characters but only you make art of your OC's (excluding fanart of course ^^). Additionally I like the idea of pre-selecting characters to pick from for us. This ensures that your lesser seen characters (think; Nui, Lahamu, but also more well known once like Wasim and even Malida) also get a fair chance of roteding in ever now and than. So all I'm saying is, Good idea!
