Get Jessica to spy on the witchcraft club, and keep investigating things involving it as the paths open up for it and you'll unlock it.
How do you trigger the reality change?
Egg
The simple answer is Vim writing them into the game. I know there are plans for another two hair transformations and another boobs transformation, but those aren't written yet so you get the "end of transformation" passage instead.

Liked the new update. The new end of transformation passage is a good touch. I also liked the new cheerleading skill replacing football skill after the reality change. Any preview s / thoughts on what will trigger the last few transformations after the reality change?

Very robust! I can’t wait to dig into this!
