For the older girls, are you already giving extra calcium sources? If not, I’d add some oyster shell or even just start grinding up your eggs shells to a powder (make sure they don’t look like egg shells anymore so the hens don’t start eating their own eggs) and top their food off with it. This should help them thicken their egg shell back up to when they were in their prime. I have to do this for our 6 year old hens.
