I think I may have found a small glitch. I like to play in first person when driving but 3rd person when out of the car so I have the option to allow independent camera views clicked on in the settings. However if that option is on, when I get back in the car, the hands and wheel always show even if I have them ticked off to not show in the MT mod menu. I have to turn off the allow independent camera views option for the hands and wheel to go away.

you should just be able to go into rockstar launcher, click gta v and turn off battle eye but dont go into online because you may get banned.

Seems like you've resolved it already - for anybody reading this, try replacing all files again. (Not sure why that'd work, but it worked in this instance...)

Please help!! I ran Licence multiple times cause I didn’t read it well and I thought you had to run it in the background when playing gta 5 in order for it to work, but now it don’t work at all!! The menu pops up and I can play around in the settings, but I can’t steer, gas or brake at all! Please help me ;(

no problem, it was just bad timing on my part. They updated the game the same day I found out you returned to this project. Just my luck lol. I will wait for a script hook update and hopefully that fixes things

Unfortunately I cannot do much. If you haven't updated the game yet, read the newest post, there's some info about what this update changes and you still have a chance to backup the v1.0.3274.0 files to restore them after the update. If you've already updated, there's not much I can do. There are guides on the internet that explain how to downgrade the game (e.g. through the Steam console), but I can not help with this process.

unfortunately the game doesn't work. Script hook is not updated for the new game version. This happens every time :( I was hoping to finally play this again with my wheel

It's not related, so it'll be compatible (there's nothing to conflict). I only know that Manual Transmission uses it for the adaptive AWD system.

Hi ikt, in game, when the streel wheel input between [0.37, 0.63], it doesn't actually make the car turn. Once the input is > 0.63 or <0.37, the streel wheel in game starts to turn. This issue is very frustrating to me. Do you know why or do you have similar experience?

This specific feature stopped working since game version 1.0.2545.0. There's not much I can do at this moment about this.

Hi, Under the game assist menu I checked the "disable auto start" box. I turn off the car engine and whenever I get off the car the engine turn on itself. Any idea how to solve it ?

Hi IKT, Thanks the above works now :-) However, as standard the force feedback to my G923 seems pretty unharmonious with what is going on with the gameplay. Version 5.6.2 an onwards (so also 5.6.3) are compatible with the latest game versions. 5.6.3 is actually attached to the post you're replying to.

Hi - Does this now work with the latest version of GTA5 now? I pretty much had everything working in the 5.6.1 , except that the steering did not work (the character seemed to be steering the wheel but the car was not turning. Throttle and breaking worked - this is on a G923) Any help to get this working would be appreciated! I already tried downgrading and doing some other stuff - but ended up getting memory error messages :-/ Whatever is the best way forward would be very much appreciated! What is the timeline to working with the latest release version GTA 5- or - What is the best description on how to get older version of GTA working? Thank you!
