this event starts by the plot in cartel branch on 6th fame lvl, on 8+ fame lvl you can just go to cinema location from the map

How do I activate this event? I'm already at level 9 of 9 and I'm in the apartment with my friends... I go to the hospital and just talk to the doctor in the same generic way as always.
