POV: The Holidays Made You Fat
🕑 Added 2024-12-24 01:33:45 +0000 UTCAnother little holiday gift for all tiers:) Enjoy!
Wow. I see someone’s really been enjoying the holiday season. You’ve been stuffing yourself for months, haven’t you? First it was Halloween and all those bags of candy you put away. Then all the snacks and drinks at the parties you went to, then Thanksgiving when you ate till you felt like you were about to pop. Then the entire month of December. It’s just been a frenzy of desserts, hasn’t it? I see it all over your body.
You try to be good most of the year, try to watch your weight, but you’ve completely lost control lately. It’s so obvious. You’ve really packed it on. Can’t you feel it? That new layer of fat coating your entire body? That belly sticking out further and further, pushing out the fronts of your shirts and making it sooo difficult to button your pants? Have you given up on buttons yet? You should. I mean, you know the indulgence isn’t over. You’ve already let go, why not be comfortable while you’re at it?
I bet you didn’t ask for what you really need for Christmas. Larger sizes. Are you too embarrassed? You might as well be honest, because everyone can tell the second they see you. It’s the first thing they think about. It’s what they whisper about. They have to stop themselves from telling you how big you got, stop themselves from making a joke about how you need to lay off the cookies. It’s a level of restraint that you don’t have, or you wouldn’t have gotten so swollen with new blubber in just a few months. Can you feel yourself getting heavier? Have you been avoiding mirrors so you don’t have to watch all that new flab bugle and jiggle every time you get dressed?
But I’m sure you’re telling yourself it’s ok, right? It’s fine. You didn’t get that big. You didn’t gain that much weight. You’re so cute when you’re in denial. Just stuffing your face like a pig but promising yourself that you’ll be back on track soon. We both know you’re just lying to yourself. We both know that despite your promises to diet, despite the New Year’s resolutions that you swear you’re really gonna stick to this time, you actually like it. You like feeling your body grow squisher and softer. You like the feeling of packing your stomach so full you can barely move. You know you like it, or you wouldn’t be doing it so often. You know you like it, or you wouldn’t absentmindedly play with all that plush fat the second you think you’re alone.
You wouldn't have to force yourself to think of this sudden gain as a bad thing. You wouldn't have to work so hard to convince yourself that you can make it all go away. You don’t want it to go away. You don't want a diet, you don't want to live by the ‘new year, new you’ philosophy. You don’t want a ‘new you’, you want there to be more of you. You want to keep stuffing your faces and watching the consequences pile up.
Deep down, you want people to notice, don't you? I know your face gets all red when people who haven't seen you for a while look you up and down with shock. I know you look away when their eyes linger on your growing gut. But you think about it at night. You can’t stop thinking about it, especially when you’re putting away more and more and more.
You’ve gotten so greedy these past few months. Do you really think you’re hiding all that gluttony under your big sweaters? What happens when the weather breaks and you're forced to wear all your spring and summer clothes that you know have gotten way too small for you? But that’s not exactly what happened. Is it? The clothes didn't get any smaller. You just got a lot bigger.
So, what are you gonna do? Force the clothes on your even pudgier body and let them cling to all your bloat, exposing just how much you overdid it this holiday season? Or are you finally going to buy bigger sizes and admit that you won’t be turning back? That this is what you want. That by the next holiday season, you’ll be so big you’re unrecognizable.
That excites you, doesn't it? It excites you just to read it, so how much more exciting would it be to live it? You’re already halfway there. Just keep going. Keep eating. Stuff yourself silly at every party, at every holiday dinner. Eat until you’re a bloated, groaning mess. Let everyone know how little control you have, let everyone know how much turning into a fat-filled blob turns you on. It’ll feel so good. You know you want it.
In fact, you should be eating now. Right now. Go get a snack tubby. After all, it is the holidays.
