I looked into it and I think the game slows down too much to make a good second episode so I think it's unlikely sorry!

I cant believe u haven't worked out how to get rid off crossings, select the crossing tool in the roads menus and right click on the crossing, u can do the same thing with traffic lights 🤯

if you right click with the road addons like stoplights or footways selected you can remove them.
