thanks for the update. I've deleted the earlier version, installed this new version on Mac but it errors as "the application Bonfire can't be opened". Any suggestions please?

I to have this issue too. I have rebooted, used Terminal to diasable Gatekeeper, redownloaded and still I get 'The application "Bonfire.app" can't be opened.

Is this Metal alternative gone? I'm afraid I upgraded to Catalina and can't get the game to run at all :(
