If the lack of sleep is because you hardly find any time to sleep, I can't help you, but! If you simply have a bad night's sleep because you wake up often, etc., I can recommend a nose clip that you put in your nose and strips that you use to stick your mouth shut. I've been doing it for a few weeks and I wake up totally refreshed and feel fit all day 👍
