Fun Fact! Fugo does have his own spinoff light novel that takes place after the events of part 5. While not written by the creator, he did illustrate it; a patreon book club would be fun to do 😛

To answer your question about King Crimson's time skip, it only affects an area around him, it's pretty large like half the entire Roman Colosseum as we've seen in Ep. 33 (more or less it's not specified) but it's not the entire world like's Dio's time stop
