He didnt start the walking slow until Jason Lives when he became Zombie Jason.. if you watched the first 4, he was still human lol just a tad superhuman.

I didn't like Jason running. To me, Jason is far more scarier when he walks slow and still gets his kills. It felt like when he ran, it humanized him too much. I haven't seen this since it came out so I didn't remember any of it. It's not terrible but not the best either.

This is the theatrical version. I'm not usually a fan of remakes however this one and Texas chainsaw (2003) are great! This version has points of some of the originals. Of course, the origin story & Mommy dying but also the hiker that's looking for his sister from part 4. Clay's character is based on that character. I love little connections like that.

Seeing Danielle Panabaker being in this movie has me sold enough. She's been my celebrity crush since seeing her on the CW Flash TV show.
