Including "Unforgiven" from 1992? Look it up. Eastwood is known for having COMPLETE control of his film's. At least that's what I have read. But, I'm not an expert, and make no claim to be.

Wasn’t it great when he immediately recognised Winona as ‘old girl in Stranger Things’ lol. I also loved when he dared someone to turn up at his front door at 6:45 in the morning! I make him right! Am I the only one not really interested in the sequel? I do think it's being made because Jenna did the Wednesday show which I didn't care for.

every movie has studio involvement and input on what makes it to the screen it's their money. paying for it after all.The MCU of all those movies from Ironman to Endgame had studio involvement Kevin Feige is the head of marvel studios and he was very involved with all those films on what the directors and writers could and could not do. Part of the problem now is that the MCU is putting out too much to fast and Kevin can't watch over it all the way he use to and they have been very hit or miss as a result since the endgame. Making a Good Movie is VERY hard. you not gonna hire a contractor to build a house and just let them have a free hand on what they do. every film we have seen on this channel has had studio heads involved at some point

After seeing this 12+? times, JL made me realize two things: 1. Robert Goulet *is* the white Billy D Williams. Anyone that knows both: Truth. If you only know one, now you "know" the other. 2. Catherine O'Hara in the Day-O scene...shes hot, shes got humor, shes goth chic...and she dances like Le Freak. I'd make her my wife, provided there was good Cantonese food nearby. Cheers, JL!

Cute thing to look up, Echo, is all the alternative titles the studio suggested for Brazil. And the fact that later many of those titles were used for various crappo movies. Tbf: "1984 1/2" *was* a clever one as its Fellini's 8 1/2 + 1984, which...fair.

Been reading lately in the science/astronomy news that Betelgeuse is getting brighter hence possibly going supernova and could hit Earth with lots of neutrinos. But it won't happen for another 10k years, so we have time. :) And most studio heads are morons. They should just stick to the financials instead of pushing themselves into the creative part of the process. Many a studio head has ruined a film by wanting to be a creative person so bad that they insist/threaten that their way is better. And when it doesn't work out they always blame the director or writer or actors and never themselves. Sad.

"Betelgeuse" is how his name is actually spelled, same as the star - but the studio hated it figuring, like Alec Baldwin in the movie, no one could pronounce it. They wanted a totally different title and Burton sarcastically suggested "Scared Sheetless." Being morons, the studio said 👍!

I grew up watching the cartoon as well. I remember in the series, Beetlejuice and Lydia were good friends. So the sequel will be interesting. It's been in 'development hell' for decades so fans of the movie are thrilled it's FINALLY really happening! And Miss Ortega will just be perfect for the part of Lydia's daughter...

Me as im going to put in my dvd and watch alongside: "It's showtime." Edit for J's questions: It was spelled differently in the flyer due to him putting it in himself to the book, and he cant tell people his name, as stated. The Maitland's were turning old and crinkly because they were being exorcised, before Beetlejuice interrupted it. This has been my favorite reaction thus far because this is one of my favorite movies, and J never dissapoints.
