As a chef myself, there's too much I wanna say about this superb film. But just this for now: when Fiennes was making the cheeseburger I got teary-eyed. Seriously that hit me in the feels. Much of what I do is repetitive and while I care deeply about my food - it can feel like being a specialized machine in a flavor factory. Cooking something with love for someone I personally *want* to serve is magic that I rarely get to feel.
