I don't think it's bad, it just doesn't fit with the series and some of the rules and lore that was set up. I take it much like Halloween 3. It's grown on me over time.

It’s a difficult choice. But they’re two very different movies, and I have a huge horror bias. As for any Freddy movie after 3, they’re boring, not scary, and pretty much all the same. I do like Freddy vs. Jason. It’s fun!

You're <i>not</i> wrong. It's bad. It's got its culture mystique surrounding it (no comment... except: it'd be genuinely cool and I'd totally support...but the movie is a piece of poo.) It's just poo.<p>I mean, the one good moment when the kid asks Fred, "what do you want?" And...well...yeah.</p>

It's hilarious that you're trying to be diplomatic in your critique. But I'll just come out and say it - THIS MOVIE SUUUUCCCCKKKKSSSS. Worst of the Elm Streets in my opinion, but I guess campy enough to be entertaining. I was so excited when this came out. And then a parakeet exploded, along with my sequel dreams. Dream Warriors you'll enjoy. A lot of good Freddy one-liners in that one. Some people like Dream Warriors the most, but I'm all about the OG. Sort of like the Alien/Aliens debate (TEAM ALIEN !!!!!).

Oop DVD and Blu rays are wackier than Bitcoin. *Most* ain't worth a ticket to the movies but some spike insanely. My blu of The Mist sells for $75. Also just bought a Blu of Dr Sleep for $7, free shipping.<p>My DVD of Swimming to Cambodia sold for $400+ for a while...until Criterion put out a Blu and now it's worthless. Wacky!</p>

The cheapest blu-ray of Nightmare 3 on eBay is $120. Dang it! Ordered a DVD for $5...oh well.

YES!!!!! 3 is a masterpiece and my fav of them all. You made my day brother. The 2nd one doesn’t need to exist in my lame opinion lol. Nothing against the social commentary it brings out.. but it just doesn’t fit with the rest of the movies lol
