He isn't on the tier list this patch due to too many champions, he's okay as he is every patch in iron-platinum (emerald still ok too), then he gets worse and his worse is at masters+

Swifties got reverted, Shurelya nerf will hurt him, but he can also play with RoA Lichbane build. Minion demat is going to be a nerf. Overall, hard to say, we'll have to see till next patch, I think he's still gonna be playable in SoloQ because his W is OP
