I think rabadon's is better when you're snowballing or ahead, because then you get to buy large rod's easier and then you finish rabadon earlier in the game so you can go cryptbloom 4th.

Nice reviews! Regarding buildpath, would you say in case you end up with Seraphs-lucidity boots-horzion that there's enough cdr that rabadons 4th is the better option or would you still prefer cryptbloom? (Let's assume no significant mr)
