He's very good right now with first strike and addition of blackfire torch in the game. I'd say he's pickable in any spot almost unless they have a lot of engage or mobility, where maybe the champion struggles hitting skillshots and surviving.

Yes. They both have very simplistic kits that have a lot of counterplay (people playing around Yorick spells, ghouls and maiden better, knowing he's mostly a splitpusher and they play macro better aka minionwaves) and for Sett, for example, one of his biggest weakness is him getting kited, and people who click and move better do that well the higher you go.
