I am not 100% sure yet but I think if your matchup is mostly Qing malignence is ok because you get lost chapter, against champions like Yasuo that you mostly auto I'd do lichbane first

Is there any rule about which item you want to build first? Do you always go Lich Bane first or there are the games where You think Malignance 1st is better?

Aery is better than Comet on her since it will consistently proc, it's viable
