She maybe could, but it's very hard to pull of because I can also react and she could take a tower shot

at lvl 4 when you both where low and she went for flash q: why couldnt ahri just input auto attack command and then flash into auto attack range (I think ppl call it buffering?)

He ment tracking right, not actually playing jungle. Is that possible or is that basically a jungle guide?

Possibly, although I don't recommend playing Hwei to pretty much 99% of playerbase so not sure if it's smart to do a guide for him
