Because low elo players don't do well with him, he requires skill when it comes to moving, throwing axes, limits, overall knowledge on how to get a lead and how to win with it etc.

He's not worth including anywhere besides masters+ - there I didn't include him since there's a lot of champions already, but yeah, he is good at masters+ when you pick him into autoattackers
