I legitimately don’t see how this is an issue at all. Coming from competitive MtG, I can’t even begin to understand how loose or sloppy plat is even tolerated at DCI equivalent sanctioned tables. Like, malicious or otherwise, shouldn’t there be a universal minimum standard for play...?
It is a very rare circumstance. I have been to several large events and have not seen / witnessed / experienced any of this. Nick could speak to it better as he has a lot more experience than i do. But it does exist and we can do better.
