I had a pen pal from Salt Lake city in the 90s when I was ten (Europe here). A few years ago my folks started getting letters from the Utah State Penitentiary. Somehow they remembered my address and thought I could solve their problems and tie up their loose ends. I had no idea how to even respond or if I should but if anyone wants to turn it into a screenplay, be my guest. And that's about all I know about Salt Lake city, just nuts I guess.
