https://misophoniainstitute.org/ this site has been extremely helpful to me over the past fifteen years. they offer some really interesting behavioral therapies that have worked for me including exposure therapy (not really my thing) and controlled relaxation. Misophonia flairs up the more stressed you are. Always nice to hear from a fellow sound freak!!!

TIM I HAVE MISOPHONIA TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow it means a lot that you mentioned this. i totally relate to hating the "coughing guy". reminds me of when i was in school and would tally every time someone would clear their throat bc i couldnt stop thinking about it!chewing is the worst for me. curious, how did you handle all the gross sounds while making tim and erin / some of the drops on OH?
