Patreon Update/Survey Info
🕑 Added 2021-08-03 05:00:20 +0000 UTCHeyo, just a general update on things to come. It's kinda crazy that it's almost already been a year since i started this. Thank you everyone who's been supporting me. Just wanted to type out a short update of new things I want to implement going from here on out and just some thoughts from the survey a while back.
Starting tomorrow I'll be implementing a new suggestion box of sorts. Basically you guys can submit and vote on one drawing idea that I will be fleshing out a bit more than my usual stuff. It'll either be a comic or sequence but every month you can suggest and vote on ideas for said drawing. It'll basically be week 1 submit ideas, week 2 vote on an idea, and week 3 I draw the winning idea.
One thing I have been thinking about implementing is more tiers, namely just as different price options for boba tier, probably a $3 and $7 option for those interested. The same rewards for boba tier will apply to those tiers, just more of an option for prices.
Last thing, after thinking about I will be leaving nerd tier as is for now at 20 slots and not changing anything of how sketches will work. That being said, at some point I do plan on ending this tier once I am able to find a more stable full time job. As is I am able to handle the amount of work but once I hit that point I think I'd rather just leave art for others to be more based on commissions than having them as additional things to do for the month. I'd rather just have patreon more as a tip jar at that point than additional work. I do not think that this change will happen any time soon but just something I wanted to say.

i plan on just letting people upgrade any leftover sketches in the event that does happen

I admit, I've been unsure if I should keep Nerd Tier or downgrade and this news makes me consider the downgrade more due to worries I might end up with a sketch by the time you drop the tier for the sake of your full time job.
