November 2019 Update

All Mods will be released/updated this month. That means:
- Germany (small updates for Fascist Branch)
- Japan (super-ultra-huge rework!)
- China, Manchkuo (new release)
- Generic (small updates, improving mainly stability/game speed)
- Map Mod (new release - credit goes to Holly Doggo)

Hopefully we can manage to get at least one sorted, before the La Resistance DLC.
