The person that I dont remember who told me about this concept was during the time i was in middle school. years after during my uni days, i have been to a religious meeting before where they talk about religion in a scientists point of view (people in that meeting are either owners of a company or in the executive function of multinational companies, so I was abit focused to what they were all saying.) So when they talk about energy, they dont differentiate the physical energy and spiritual one. Say for example, when someone have negative energy, what they do is meditate to transform it to positive energy, so they transform the energy to another energy. It solidified in my mind that theres no difference between the physical and spiritual energy. Either 2 events in my life corroborated each other or I’m just encountering the people with that same school of thought through out my life. am i being recruited inadvertently? jk. 😅 (now im creeped out, i moved to a flat and found out I’m near a scientology church.)

The ball went over on the wood I went to get it and stepped on a nail. It went straight through my foot I didn't realise till I pulled it out then I felt the pain. I cant remember where I heard this but it makes a lot of sense scientifically. The concept of energy is that it can only be transferred or transformed but never destroyed also equates to eating produce. So say, if you kill animal and butchers it, the stress the animal goes through seeps in its meat.
