Be careful eating fish so frequently every week, depending on the fish they could have high levels of mercury and other toxins that build up in the ocean and then are magnified up the food chain, and over time it can build up in your system and cause issues. Check for mercury levels in certain fish and stick to the low ones and have a 1-2 times a week.
