Sorry for the lack of content. I’ve had my head down in the gym just getting it done, I have some stuff backed up tho which I’ll be sharing!
Did potentially my laaaaast session in this particular gym today, so soon you’ll have a change of scenery 😂
I plan to do more check ins/physique updates from home too once I’ve moved!
Can’t wait to get back to normal life after the stress of it is done 👀
