Oh No
Oddly enough, ToCS III mods seem to still be working, or at least a few of them. My installation of SpecialK is different than the given instructions but once I'd hooked SpecialK onto the game and installed what I wanted from this pack I noticed that suddenly the mods I'd been using in 3 were active as well. No idea how stable it may be or how many still work (I was only using a few) but I haven't had any problems so far.
