Strip Club Mod (TESTING)

After asking for insight on which lot trait to create, I settled on a Strip Club Lot Trait.
You will need Wicked Whims Strip Club Feature To Fully Enjoy This Mod. However, this is not a collab with Turbodriver. Hopefully, one day it can be! I'd love the chance to work with them. β₯
Once I started working on it, I realized that I wanted to put a lot more into it than just your basic lot trait. I've spiraled into a world of ideas! For now, the base of this mod is complete and ready for testing! There's already a few features for everyone to enjoy.
PLEASE READ THIS TO ENSURE YOU CAN USE THIS MOD CORRECTLY:

Features:
Running a strip club is already a ton of fun but I thought it might be better with some additional buffs & options! To access Strip Club Owner features, you will need to add the trait within CAS. This will allow your sim to unlock additional social interactions & buffs. Your sims should get this buff if the lot trait is working correctly:
STRIP CLUB OWNERS:
Don't forget, you will need to add the Club Owner trait in CAS. When you open your strip club - you will need to add the strip club lot trait. After you hire your strippers, you can select the LIST SIM AS A STRIPPER:
If they accept, your sim will get this buff:
However, your strippers still have the option to decline! If so, they will receive a trait in which lists they do not want to be a stripper. This could be used for a storyline. Whether they are dancing due to circumstance or to help pay the bills.
As the owner, you'll also have social interactions for the strippers and patrons. As I continue to work on this, more options will be available.

STRIP CLUB DANCERS
As a Strip Club Dancer, you'll be able to chat with patrons, the owner or other strippers to add to strip club gameplay. Here's a few of the interactions available so far:
Of course, there will be positive and negative buffs depending on the relationship level and/or emotion the other sim has.
Here's A Quick Preview:
STRIP CLUB PROMOTERS
As the owner, you'll be able to talk about business being slow (specifically on Tuesdays for now). Once, you do - you will gain a buff.
Here's an example:
Once you gain this buff, you will gain the option to recruit promoters! You'll only be able to ask friends that are young adults.
Once you do, the target sim will gain a Strip Club Promoter Trait. :)
This will give them interactions to promote the strip club while also hyping up other sims!
- Promoters will also have the option to promote the club on social media via the computer.
Being a Strip Club Promoter can actually be a great side hustle. These sims will be able to earn $100 - $500 simoleons per week just from promoting the club. You can access the weekly payout from the computer every Monday.

Firing & Hiring Process
In addition to using Wicked Whim to fire your strippers, you will need to un-list this as Strip Club Dancers too. To do so, you can select this interaction:
To fire a promoter, you can also un-list them the same way. There will be a social interaction to un-list them in the MEAN category.
Future Goals:
There's a lot more that I'd like to add and I'm sure there's tons of possible growth for this mod in the future. Here's what I have in mind for now:
- Strip Club Loans: A new computer interaction where owners can check for donations to help with costs for the club.
- Promoter Event: This will be an opportunity for promoters to promote the club and host parties where the dancers can socialize with potential patrons.
- More Social Interactions throughout the entire mod - OVERALL GOAL: 100
- Promoter Aspiration
- Stripper Aspiration
