Community Challenges
🕑 Added 2021-10-02 03:29:31 +0000 UTCI'm going to start doing community challenges every month starting in October (which is this month). More information can be found on my other sites. It won't affect Patreon so I will not make more posts about it on Patreon. The challenges are more towards non-patrons and it affects how many games I post publicly (aka posted on non-Patreon websites) per month and which games are posted publicly. There are three challenge goals each month. If the (non-patron) community achieves zero goals, then I only post one game publicly for the month. If they achieve one goal, then I will post a second game publicly for the month. If they achieve two goals, then they get to vote on which game will be the second game of the month (out of games/versions that have been Patreon exclusives. It will not be a game that is made within a few days before the public release date). If they achieve three goals, then they get to vote on which game will be the first game of the following month (out of games/versions that have been Patreon exclusives. It will not be a game that was made a few days before the public release date).
Unless you're a patron who likes to play games online on itch.io and you're wanting a specific game/version to be posted on itch.io, there is no major incentive for you to contribute to the community challenges.
