The World of Soccer Girls!
🕑 Added 2023-07-01 04:00:07 +0000 UTCWhen a strange meteorite fell from the sky and hit Earth with a deafening crash.
It soon became clear that the object was not a simple meteorite.
Scientists around the world began to study it.
It was discovered that it contained an unknown mineral that,
when exposed to air, caused a chemical reaction capable of altering people's DNA.
It turned out that people who were near the place where the meteorite fell were
developing extraordinary abilities. The first changes began to be observed in some
women who were close to the place where the meteorite fell.
They gained superhuman strength and incredible regeneration capabilities.
Before long, word spread across continents and other women
began to exhibit these same powers.
But there was something even stranger going on.
The abilities will mostly emerge for women, with only a minority of men being
affected, but the reason for this is still unknown.
Soon many women around the world began to notice changes in their bodies.
They developed special abilities that made them stronger, faster, and more resilient.
Some had the ability to fly, others could control elements or even transform into
animals.
Some women became instant celebrities, while others were targets of prejudice and
hostility. Women with skills were seen as a threat to some people, who saw those
skills as a form of superiority. Women with skills soon began to enter politics, using
their skills to govern their communities and their countries.
Women also excelled in sports. They became the greatest athletes in the world,
breaking records and pushing limits that once seemed impossible.
Sports competitions have become more exciting, and women have
become global icons in sports such as athletics, football and martial arts.
The demand for exclusive competitions for women with superpowers increased,
and soon these sporting events became popular around the world.
However, as time went by, the inequality between people and women with
superpowers began to be questioned. Some people argued that these women now
had an unfair advantage over others in many aspects of life. Women with
superpowers were more valued in many areas, and ordinary people felt
disadvantaged.
Over time, most of society began to accept and adapt to new world changes.
But it looks like everything is about to change again.

I understand, but despite the name, Soccer Girl is not focused only on soccer, there is a huge world of possibilities that I will explore, and many stories are influenced by these events in the world, so I decided to make a simple summary of this world to explain some concepts basics, but don't worry, there will be no shortage of mysteries and secrets to be unraveled in this world ;)

Thanks!

I always thought it to work best if the "Supernatural" aspect isn't explained. Captain Tsubasa doesn't explain it. It may just be a visualization of the move. And in Inazuma Eleven it's just Soccer Techniques. No explanation as far as I remember why and how specifically soccer related. They just seem to be. It's just something I accept as part of the world, which I don't need an explanation for. I don't know yet, if explaining it bothers me or not. I have to see the story unfold to know for sure.

Mine won't be needing it ;)
