They want to watch it with someone else, most are there for the reaction not the analysis. If we're being honest the analysis is most for the YouTuber so they feel that they are inputting something of value and not being leech but really their presence and that human connection is what most viewers want.

The picture you're trying to think of is The Creation of Adam! As an English person it's rly interesting hearing the reaction to this from people outside of the country; references that seem very obvious to me fly over peoples' heads. Like Ann of Cleves 'didn't look as good as i did in my pic' we all learnt about in school, Henry married her based off a portrait that Henry claimed looked much better than she actually did. Likewise the Greensleeves references seem to go over ppls' heads to. Greensleeves is an English folk song that popular myth says Henry wrote for Ann Boleyn tho evidence suggest it predates that. That's what the tune of the drop is and also what's being referenced by 'my sleeves may be green but my lipstick's red'.

Six is a great but odd musical, it's about 1hr 20 and has no interval it is done as a concert. It's amazing live seen it twice. Each of the queens is modeled on 2 or 3 pop sensations. Another couple of musicals you will love are be more chill and SpongeBob.

yay i love Six !!! also super cool that you caught on all the girl groups & female musicians references. 💜 fun fact: each queen is inspired by 1 or 2 female musician, like Anne Boleyn (2nd queen - beheaded) is after Lily Allen, Jane Seymour (3rd - died) is after Adele, and Katherine Howard (5th - beheaded) is after Britney Spears and Ariana Grande, so the models influence the queens' individual sound and looks !!

If the recording is from the original west end run, a few of the actresses are the same as on the album, and a couple I think are different. Also, just like in Heathers recordings, there are swings/understudies that take over for certain performances. In this show, the swings (who have to learn all or at least several of the parts) get different colored costumes regardless of which role they take, that are custom to them. Which is a pretty awesome way to give them acknowledgement.

Love this show: got the chance to see it live...oh, two years ago now? It's a fun album, but since the whole concept of the show is pop concert meets musical theatre (and is staged as such), it just hits a whole other level when you're live in the room.
