Earth media does make its way to Heaven and Hell, as we find out in the other show Helluva Boss. Hell can even catch a bit of Heaven's TV now and then. (Apparently not the other way round, though, Heaven must have censored broadcasts from Hell or the Exterminations would not have stayed secret.)

About Alastor, he was on the King card but he is canonically Aromatic and Asexual so he’s not interested in either. They actually joke about it in episode 7 and he’s confused because those weren’t labels when he was alive so good on u for picking up on that. PS Husker is Pan sexual.
