Update on Tiers, Commissions & Website

I wanted to let you know that I'll be unpublishing the tiers with commissions in them as well as Tier 1 after this week to simplify things a bit. If you're already subscribed to one of the commission tiers, don't worry you can still submit commissions as long as your subscription remains active. I won't be accepting commissions from anyone who isn't on a commission tier.
On another note, I think I finally got the voting system on my website working! It still needs testing, though. Keep in mind I have no idea how to code or do UI design, so it's all been a lot of learning by doing. I'm also not 100% happy with how the site looks right now, but I'll keep improving it step by step.
I've also noticed that growth of paid members has slowed down/declined a lot recently, so I'll be putting more focus on advertising moving forward. I'd really appreciate any feedback on what I could do better to keep you interested and subscribed.
Lastly, I'll probably start posting smaller sets of custom prompted images in the future. I've noticed that the larger sets can get a bit too repetitive and I'd rather keep things fresh and varied.

I've only recently joined, but as someone who's subscribed to (a little too) many AI-artists, I'd like to offer my honest opinions in a form of a list: - Unfortunately, its currently a subscriber's market and customers are spoilt with a large and still increasing list of creators to pick from. I think its going to get even more competitive going forward. - Most customers prefer creators who offer commissions, with a reasonable turnaround time (stated clearly somewhere on your page). I'd suggest offering slots based on your realistic output level, and accept a lower number if it comes down to that. Not all creators have multiple 5090s or a team to work with (like VAMA). - I think the custom commissions you're offering, while very satisfying, are very time consuming and should be restricted either through limited numbers or higher prices. Dont kill me LOL. - Creators who offer a larger variety of 'male' characters (to be paired with the female character) are significantly more popular. I mean stuff like Goblins, ugly bastards, tentacles or other humanoid creatures with ready LoRAs and poses. And not every commission needs to be posted publicly, if you want to play it safe. - For non-commission membership tiers, I think you can attract a healthy quantity if the prices are kept low, with regular polls. I think the tier descriptions probably need a revamp, and that subscribers should be notified ahead of time how long commissions will take. Having a tier say “1 character per month” when, as things stand, it isn’t feasible (at LEAST a month for commissions to be completed) it comes off as misleading.
