That's probably it as sunset riders7 did some 18 art last year

Part of me wants to say Galatea as Android 18.

Guys, it is not Raven. She had a costume in the last update. The pairings now are: Mercy/Lois Galatea/Supergirl Harley/Batgirl Harley and Batgirl have already been revealed so the first two pairings are your only options (Unless it's a vilain)
Mr. SunnyD
Great Things come to those who Wait! Looks like another Raven costume.
Adren Bailey
Gloria cosplay
The Silver Socialist
Raven in a Vamperella costume.
Circuitarity
Clearly you guys and girls are all wrong.... That is clearly Wolverine in drag :D
Witch Hunter Mort
So we know we are getting Harley and Batgirl. That leaves two more pairs for the Halloween event. I think Mercy and Lois, or Galatea and Supergirl. Personally I hope we get all three sets, but looks like Lois and Mercy.

Guys, Raven is already part of the Halloween event. It's not her.

Isn't that Raven's silhouette?
Reviper
Mercy with the word 'bear" in there rather than "bare." Hmmm... Probably is a Wonder Twin cosplay.
Luis Alberto

Anzac-A1
Is it Raven, as one of the spies from Spy vs Spy?
William Ambervein
Is it Dr. Acula?
Dubsington
The strange wording in the post has to be some kind of clue. OK, who has a silhouette like that and talks in cheesy cliche's?
John Richards
Thanks, guys. We know you're trying your best to give us good content. And this is a good tease. I can't really put my finger on it though it looks like Galatea
